Ri's Supplies was launched in early February 2024 as my own small business, where I primarily sell custom art and merchandise to clients and customers. Despite how recently the business was launched, I have experience performing business transactions, communicating with clients, and monetizing my work stretching back to as early as 2017. I currently do freelance work with flexible hours, ranging anywhere from fifteen to almost sixty hours a week managing the business communications, financial transactions, inventory supply, shipping, and fulfilling orders. My small business owner responsibilities currently include completing business transactions through e-commerce and online communications with clients, communicating efficiently with clients and customers to increase and improve sales, and marketing custom products to existing and new clients to increase reach and grow the business.
Hack the Gap

Hack the Gap is where I learned and grew my passion for pursuing project management as a career. I'm grateful to have been provided with the opportunity to not only explore different career paths during this program, including project management, BIM/architectural software, UX design, frontend development, web design, and more, but be provided with the tools, resources, and skills to pursue jobs in those career paths. During this paid internship, I worked close to full-time hours as a project manager while I supervised multi-step projects in a team setting, planned, scheduled and conducted daily check-in meetings and discussions, and delegated tasks and project deliverables among team members.
Build-A-Bear Workshop

Build-A-Bear Workshop was the very beginning of my occupational journey and laid the groundwork for my desire to pursue a career in project management. It provided me with the foundation of my experience in customer service and satisfaction, and where my desire to find a job to improve others lives began. I worked a part-time Sales Associate position, where I maintained an entertaining and engaging environment for both children and adults, operated the store in busy workshop hours and ensured that all guests were taken care of, and introduced new methods of generating sales and accomplishing sales goals with customers.
