Ri Vanderhaar

I’m a small e-commerce business owner. I launched my current business in early 2024 but have experience performing business and e-commerce transactions stretching back to 2017. Business management and project management are major inspirations to me in my career. I’ve been studying business and marketing at Saint Paul College since 2022. I currently have certificates in business and project management and intend to continue making strides to achieve my marketing degree. I earned my project management certificate in a program called Hack the Gap, which I began the onboarding process for in March of 2024.

My work and educational experience contains many crucial aspects of the business world, including marketing, project management, customer service & satisfaction, and business ethics & practices. In any job, I make it my mission to ensure every project I take on is completed in a timely, thorough, and impactful manner. Every task, deliverable, and expectation of my projects are fulfilled to stakeholder satisfaction, and any delays, issues, or miscommunications that may arise are resolved promptly. I take pride in every project I manage. Working with people is a prominent strength in my experience, either with teammates or with customers and clients, and being able to brighten someone’s day is a major highlight in my work. I strive to understand and connect with every person I encounter in my career and to “see” the person behind the purchase, and that’s something that has carried me far in my occupational journey.
